You are the representative of the Hoolisoftware customer — you find a way to get them whatever they need to be successful through wireframing, documentation, designing new features, and filing bug reports. At the end of the day, your success is tied to our Customers' delight and the ease-of-use of the Hoolisoftware platform.

In the process, you must be CUSTOMER OBSESSED You embrace the "voice of the Customer" by listening and collecting their feedback, reading through their feedback verbatim, and filing relevant bugs to improve the features and modules.

Job Description
  1. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts (wireframes) based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
  2. Work closely with Designers, QA, and Engineering to implement new features and improve existing ones.
  3. Collaborate with usability researchers to establish critical goals or KPIs and help Customers achieve those goals.
  4. Advocate for customer needs/issues across departments, especially with Engineering and Product teams.
  5. Implement refined designs to enhance the UX of the product.
  6. Program manage feature/customer escalations and support issues.
  7. Obtain approval of concepts from the Product Team and VP of Product.
  8. Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
  2. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint.
  4. Driven, passionate, and CUSTOMER-OBSESSED: you excel without needing external push.
  5. Eager to learn, adapt, and improve your work, seeking help when needed.
  6. Passionate about helping customers succeed; if they win, you win.
  7. Good at meeting deadlines, comfortable with rapid iterations.
  8. Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  9. Extremely creative with out-of-the-box thinking.
  10. Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
  11. Able to handle constructive criticism and rejection well.
  12. Capable of communicating complex ideas clearly and straightforwardly.
