We're looking for an organized and hands-on Human Resources Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support our growing team. If you have strong people management skills and a solid understanding of HR processes, we'd love to have you join us in Rockwell.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee payroll preparation, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Coordinate performance evaluations, employee development, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and timely reporting to management
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3–5 years of HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Experience in retail or related industries is an advantage
