Job DescriptionDescription

Responsible for the initiation, conceptualization, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of the marketing activities (advertising, promotions and public relations) of Araneta City operating units.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Marketing Services Head and coordinates with Property Manager in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of the promotional needs and activities of assigned area(s).
  • Attends to area's promotional requirements in terms of advertising, sales, promotion, public relations and/or personal selling.
  • Entertains, reviews and recommends promotional tie-ups and special events proposals from promoters, dealers and other interested parties.
  • Determines and approves the quality and set up of all signages and collateral materials in the CUSA areas and store premises of the property.
  • Monitors all individuals lessee promotions including lessee's participation in center wide events.
  • Participates in the implementation and monitoring of center wide activities.
  • Ensures the maintenance of effective and favorable relations with all lessees store owners in assigned area(s).
  • Prepares advertising, promotional and PR budgets needed by assigned area(s).
  • Prepares and submits all required reports.
  • Cross-plugs all promo activities and collateral in other areas and ensures that other area activities and collaterals are in turn displayed in assigned area(s).
  • Communicates to all parties regarding all marketing related matters.
Qualifications
  • At least three (3) years of experience in advertising, promotions or any related field at a supervisory level gained from Shopping Malls/Retail, Marketing/Advertising firms or other companies belonging to the Top 500.
  • Must be highly creative; possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be articulate and can confidently communicate with all levels in the organization and with high-level executives from target companies/sponsors/media.
  • Above average communication, public relations and business-to-business selling skills, wide business contacts.
  • Proficient in various computer applications and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet savvy (updated with the latest social media sites).
  • A team player, results driven, proactive and with good business acumen.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays and on extended hours (when necessary).
