  1. Maintains and records inventory of medical supplies in the clinic and at project sites.

  2. Heads the Accident Response Team and conducts regular safety trainings.

  3. Provides first aid treatment and proper medication to employees, or accompanies them to the nearest hospital. Monitors and attends to reported accidents.

  4. Assists the Company Physician and implements their orders or advice. Assists patients before, during, and after physical examinations.

  5. Ensures that the company premises are free of communicable diseases.

  6. Supervises and coordinates with Safety Officers at each project site.

  7. Reviews and facilitates requests related to the Company Benefits Guidelines, including SSS benefit claims (paternity, maternity, sickness, etc.), loans, medical/burial assistance. Coordinates with health clinics and agencies for employee discounts and benefits. Recommends and facilitates employee benefits and retention programs.

  8. Issues and monitors requests for medical assistance funds for specified hospitals. Facilitates Annual Physical Exams (if applicable).

  9. Proposes and organizes training, employee engagement, and social responsibility programs under Flexicare Foundation to boost morale, teamwork, and employee retention. Maintains communication with internal and external agencies for necessary training of FGGC workers and staff. Prepares proposals for activities, ensures proper evaluation, and incorporates feedback for continuous improvement. Evaluates training effectiveness and updates materials accordingly.
