About the role
Dexterton Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to join our retail operations team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our showroom facility, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance. As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of showroom operations, from visual merchandising and inventory management to staff supervision and customer engagement. This role is critical to maintaining our brand standards and achieving our retail objectives within this key location.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
Lead, mentor and supervise the showroom staff team, including recruitment, training, performance management and scheduling
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective sales strategies and staff motivation
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised and aligned with company brand guidelines
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock management and conduct regular stock audits to minimise losses
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
Implement and maintain health, safety and compliance standards throughout the showroom
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developing loyalty and encouraging repeat business
Report on showroom performance and liaise with regional management on operational matters
What we're looking for
3-5 years of proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role within a retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent customer service orientation and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and manage budgets effectively
Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with professionals at all levels
Knowledge of retail best practices, visual merchandising and inventory management
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field is advantageous
