Job Summary:
The HRIS Workday Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of designated Workday modules associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of Workday experience, including experience in systems implementation,production support, or managing integrations.

  • Experience with Excel and Workday EIB's.

  • Related Workday certification(s) preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliversolutions and results by recommending best practices.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timeline follow-up and resolution to managemultiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Strong business acumen within a technical environment.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to adapt to change and effectively prioritize competing duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, such as CoreHR, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence.

  • Provide consultation to HR leadership, building domain knowledge, gatheringrequirements, providing solutions and impact analysis.

  • Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, completeness, accuracy,consistency, and currency.

  • Support in the planning, design, and configuration of ongoing functionality and newenhancements in assigned functional areas, including business process configurationand condition rules.

  • Participate in the testing of integrations, security, and annual events; resolve errors andvalidate data migration.

  • Resolve service requests, issues and defects and escalated cases in relation to Workday.

  • Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.

  • Support change management activities by inputting into user procedures, guidelines,documentation, and training materials produced by other internal resources so thatinternal clients can properly use and understand new processes and functionality.

  • Coordinate, develop, and execute the plans according to the project schedule and keydeliverables.

  • Track and report on progress against the project plan.

  • Plan daily activities and tasks to complete work according to expected time schedulesand deadlines.

  • Provide input and knowledge sharing with the US-based HRIS team.

  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.

  • Maintain awareness of how changes and developments will impact any integrations,working with other internal resources to facilitate the smooth creation/ updates ofintegrations.
