IT Augmentation for BAU / SAP Module PM

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) professional to support ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities. The role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the SAP PM module to meet the business needs related to asset management, maintenance planning, and plant maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
  • Resolve incidents and provide technical solutions for PM-related issues in the system.
  • Support business users by offering guidance on best practices within SAP PM and ensuring system alignment with operational needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure or enhance SAP PM functionality to meet evolving needs.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset management.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for SAP PM module changes or enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and propose solutions for optimization or improvements.
  • Support system upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations with new versions or releases of SAP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
  • Strong understanding of SAP PM functionality including maintenance planning, work order management, and asset management.
  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FICO, SD).
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP PM-related issues.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with business stakeholders to optimize business processes.
