Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate for new machines / equipment procurement along with Manufacturing Engineer or automation team
  • Coordinate with Automation team to execute projects
  • Train and guide trainees on Machine panel wiring, selection of components, Panel Layout planning
  • PLC Programming of new equipment, modifications/improvements in existing equipment
  • Improve machine safety systems
  • Generate electrical circuits in Elecworks
  • Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels, and systems to deliver projects, including engaging external resources as required
  • Coach and develop a high-performing Maintenance team that meets objectives and delivers best practices, added value, and continuous improvements
  • Authorized for LOTO & Removal of Machine Guarding and working beyond machine guards
What your background should look like:
  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics courses is an advantage
  • 3-5 years' experience in electronics maintenance
  • Knowledge in PLC programming and electrical circuit design
  • Familiar with SERVO systems
