  • Candidate must be punctual and reports to work on time
  • Must be able to follow instructions properly and precisely
  • Must be able to legibly take notes and take pictures in case of onsite issues
  • Must be able to communicate well
  • Must be able to use a ladder
  • Experience in using a drill is a plus, but not required
  • Contractual positions available
