About the role:

The purpose of this role is to review construction plans, assess the aluminium windows and doors required, and enter these requirements into Bradnam's Windows and Doors quoting system (Precision). Accurate and timely information is provided to the Customer Service team to promote customer satisfaction and improve company efficiency.

Role Accountabilities:

  1. Sales: Contribute to sales targets by supporting the customer service team and external sales staff.
  2. Accuracy: Provide accurate plan take-offs and quotes within the agreed lead time.
  3. Product Knowledge: Continually develop and update product knowledge of both new and existing products, building codes, and standards.
  4. Team Work: Actively support members of the customer service team by sharing the workload and participating in team meetings.
  5. Communication: Provide effective and timely responses to internal inquiries.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas/functions within customer service that can improve efficiency.

About you:

We are looking for an individual passionate and competent in their work, bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Entry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
