We are seeking a Data Engineer who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will work with global transaction and customer/shopper data to uncover trends, support strategic decisions, and drive business impact across marketing areas.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, interpret, and provide insights on large-scale transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area.
  • Creatively articulate the insights behind the data to support category strategy and innovation.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs with sensitivity and clarity.
  • Own seasonal reporting tasks, including building and launching sell-through and seasonal performance reports for assigned categories.
  • Assist in data organization and validation using internal tools (e.g., i2e).
  • Collaborate with Catalyst, Assort, and Schematics teams to mine assortment data.
  • Collect and quantify division feedback and relevant data for reporting.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to track and analyze project outcomes.
  • Support analytics for new and deleted products.
  • Analyze and report on post-promotional performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively communicate insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
