Our client, The Content Launch, is looking for a top-tier Video Editor to join their team and help produce high-quality short-form content. This is not an entry-level role—only candidates who are truly passionate about video editing and willing to go the extra mile will be considered. Position Overview

The selected Video Editor will be responsible for producing 3–5 organic short-form video edits per day, delivering engaging content that aligns with the company's brand style and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit 3–5 short-form videos daily

  • Collaborate with the creative team to meet brand standards

  • Continuously explore new techniques to improve content

  • Master your editing style and consistently deliver refined work

  • Bring new ideas and creative approaches to the table

  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Proven experience editing short-form video content

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar tools such as Final Cut Pro)

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling ability

  • A portfolio showcasing top-tier editing work (subpar work will not be considered)

  • Ability to handle fast-paced workflows, tight timelines, and revisions

  • Are unwilling to do multiple revisions when necessary

  • Don't care deeply about the craft of editing

Compensation

  • $800/month on a consistent retainer agreement
