Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, excellent technical skills, and a passion for crafting compelling video content. In this role, you will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing video materials that align with our brand and meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
  2. Trim footage, add transitions, overlays, effects, and adjust audio for optimal quality.
  3. Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute engaging video content.
  4. Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance video production.
  5. Perform color correction, grading, and audio synchronization.
  6. Ensure videos meet technical and quality standards for final delivery.
  7. Create compelling narratives through creative video editing techniques.
  8. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with project objectives.
  9. Organize and manage digital video assets and archives for efficient access.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date library of visual and audio assets.
  11. Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine content.
  12. Work closely with producers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver on project goals.
  13. Stay up to date with the latest video editing software, tools, and industry trends.
  14. Propose and implement innovative editing techniques to improve video quality and engagement.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  3. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and sound design is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pacing.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  6. Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  7. Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and compression standards.
  8. Basic knowledge of camera equipment and production processes is advantageous.
  9. Fluent in English is a must.
