About the Job
We are seeking an experienced, native English speaker, results-driven Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a PR, marketing, or communications background, along with a strong attention to detail and a proven track record of successfully managing and supporting client accounts. This role involves assisting with client strategy development, media relations, content creation, and event planning.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of client communication plans
- Manage client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates
- Conduct research and gather information to support client campaigns
- Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials
- Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists
- Monitor media coverage and track campaign results
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Provide administrative support to the Account Executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an account management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Native English speaker with excellent grammar and spelling skills

Start Date
ASAP on a 7 month fixed term contract including one month probationary period.
Interview Process
Initially, you will receive an invitation for a screening interview. Following that, the Hiring Manager will reach out to you if there are potential synergies between us. Subsequently, there will be a final interview with the CEO, depending on the specific role for which you have applied.
Should you be successful, the contract will be sent through to you followed by a detailed onboarding process. You will be guided through each step by our HR and Operations teams.
