Job Description
- Lead the AT project from a product perspective from start to finish.
- Propose the work plan to develop, execute, launch, and scale the product, consolidating customer needs and working with suppliers for execution.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate the efforts of the different suppliers involved in this product.
- Accompany the product presentation to clients, create, and consolidate improvements for its execution.
- Scale the product based on the roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the product and inform ongoing improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with the information security management system (ISMS) by protecting data, managing access, attending necessary training, and promptly reporting security incidents.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management and Development, with a strong preference for candidates who have a background in enterprise credit risk management.
- Knowledge of Credit Bureau, Functional Areas (i.e., Marketing), and Regulatory Reporting.
- Skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google for Office.
