What role will you play?

You will be responsible for undertaking electronic communications and voice surveillance to assist the wider Surveillance team with the day-to-day analysis of firm activity, including electronic communications and relevant trades (firm, client, and employee).

You will also manage the daily/weekly volume of alerts, escalate matters of interest, and follow up issues to a successful conclusion. Additionally, you will collaborate with local and global Surveillance teams to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.

What you offer
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • 4+ years relevant experience in a compliance or regulatory role focusing on detection and review of potential risks, especially market abuse and manipulation.
  • Analytical and investigative mindset.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex verbal information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
