
School Director

1. Ensures all approved policies and procedures are properly communicated and in consonance with the WCC's strategic goals in the campus.
2. Coordinates with the colleges and departments to prepare the annual calendar of non- academic and academic activities in the campus.
3. Ensures that students, parents, and stakeholders are well managed and satisfied with the service of WCC.
4. Recommends with the Dean the appointment and regularization of faculty members to the VP for Academic Affairs.
5. Recommends with the department head the regularization of staff to the VP for Academic Affairs and Business Development & Operations.
6. Recommendations on the participation of any personnel to external conventions, seminars, workshops and competitions.
7. Directly manages the deans and department heads to ensure proper operations by following the policies approved for the campus.
8. Consolidates budget proposals for the recommendation and approval of the executives. Disburses budget as approved by the executives.
9. Manages petty cash funds to the campus.
10. Monitors and improves collection efficiency.
11. Ensures the completeness, durability and presentation of facilities and equipment are standard as approved by the executives.
12. Manages Department Head meetings and attends activities, to ensure proper standards are met.
13. Represents WCC in lieu of VP for Academic Affairs in academic matters pertaining to public, community, business, and alumni relations.
14. Recommends to the VP for Academic Affairs any revisions to all manuals of the College, which include the Student Handbook, Faculty Manual, and the College and Department Manuals.
15. Serves as a liaison and representative to relevant professional associations and government regulatory and accrediting agencies in the absence of the VPs of the school.
16. Assigns and delegates responsibilities to college officials under his/her administration as the need arises including the appointment and removal, permanently or temporarily, of such officials, faculty, and staff members as may be needed for the discharge of his functions and the needs of the College in coordination with the College Deans, Department Heads, and Coordinators.
17. Presides all academic meetings and functions whenever present in the absence of the VP for Academic Affairs and VP for Operations and Business Development.
18. Coordinates with the VP Academic Affairs and VP for Operations and Business Development regarding budgets for approval of the President.
19. Oversees and monitors the implementation of all plans and programs related to in the Campus.
20. Implements and monitors all QMS and other accreditation standards of the campus.
21. Submits monthly, semester, and annual reports of the executives.
22. Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and/or executives.
