Campaign Operations Manager

As a Campaign Operations Manager, you will predominantly be responsible for setting up campaigns within our lead management tool, Convertr. You will work closely with the Delivery team, as well as our client-facing Customer Experience team, to build and communicate these programs and any updates associated with them. You will also be responsible for maintaining our internal systems of records where these campaign specs are stored to ensure we have seamless messaging across teams. You will be expected to be a resource on ensuring we have a seamless delivery to our client via many unique methods.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting up campaigns within our lead management tool, Convertr
  • Maintaining communication of the campaign setup process and ongoing changes after launch via our internal project management tool
  • Maintaining the system of record internally to allow our different business units to see the specs of campaigns and any reporting details associated with them
  • Analyzing a set of campaign specs and providing strategic feedback that allows our client-facing teams to efficiently request materials to launch campaigns as soon as possible
  • Understanding how integrations to other systems of records or marketing automation platforms work to pass leads efficiently, without error
  • Communicating with various teams internally and managing your time effectively to meet campaign launch goals as quickly as possible

Job Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably utilizing Convertr or another lead management tool
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using a project management tool with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively across numerous teams with different goals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Work experience in a similar role or industry prioritized over educational background

Job Profile:

The ideal candidate is comfortable and experienced working under deadlines and ensuring campaigns are built within Convertr on a timely basis. They should be able to complete this task while concurrently maintaining our systems of records for existing campaigns in the market. This role is built around a unique process, and training and support will be provided to ensure the candidate has all necessary resources to succeed.

Work arrangement: Hybrid (2x a week onsite) | Must be amenable to work on Mid or Night shift
