Overview

Direct message the job poster from AboitizPower. You will be instrumental in optimizing our outage management processes. You will collaborate closely with internal departments including Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, and Finance. This position reports to the SAVP-Outage Readiness. You will also engage with CMMS Consultants & Service Providers externally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop functionalities within the CMMS and work with other key stakeholders to enable efficient tracking of Outage Readiness, including scope, budget, material, and services availability.
  • Generate Outage Readiness & Network (ORN) KPI reports reflecting Outage Readiness Index (ORI) and Outage Execution Index (OEI), performing detailed data analysis and presenting results to key stakeholders.
  • Develop centralized repositories of lessons learned and risk registers, providing crucial insights and recommendations for the continuous improvement of the Outage Management Process.
  • Develop and maintain the comprehensive fleet outage plan.
  • Train and coach process performers to ensure effective and efficient outage preparation is consistently performed using the CMMS.
  • Ensure conformance to the company's Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Report Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Information Security events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/committees-in-charge.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant Engineering discipline. A background or specialization in Data Analytics is an advantage.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in using CMMS on maintenance, outage execution, or similar system in project implementation within the energy, petrochemical, oil and gas, mining, or other heavy industries.
