Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Management Virtual Assistant at Metask. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for communication, property management tasks, administrative assistance, customer service, and lease administration.

  7. Invoice Processing
  8. Processing of Tenant Application
  9. Generating of CMA Reports
  10. Updating of Information in CRM
  11. Uploading of Compliance Certificate into Drive & PropertyMe
  12. Checking and Updating of Bond Payment/Reference #
  13. Owner Bills
  14. Smoke Alarm Compliance
  15. Property Updates
  16. Acknowledgement of Bond
  17. Experience in virtual assistance or property management is a plus
  18. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
