Job Responsibilities:

Property Management - The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the owners and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties. This is achieved by managing the operations of the TRT properties as assigned which includes and is not limited to:

  1. Direct leasing Agents and Maintenance providers and ensure completion and quality of service provided.
  2. Assist in lease-ups of properties. Maintain a high level of occupancy for the properties.
  3. Ensure that all property services providers and subcontractors adhere to corporate policies and procedures and respond to all resident requests timely, efficiently, and effectively.
  4. Exercise common sense, good judgment, and consistency in day-to-day contact with tenants and prospective applicants.
  5. Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget for the property, track and report on the financial performance of the property and implement strategies for enhancing the value of the asset.
  6. Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of the associates, and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of performance goals.
  7. Identify new investment opportunities and as required plan, execute, and review the renovation of the various properties.

Pre-requisites and Qualifications:

  1. Valid Passport
  2. Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Bachelor's degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)
  4. At least 5 years of experience in related Property Management and/or Executive Assistant Profession
  5. Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
  6. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.
  7. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
  8. Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
  9. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high-performing individuals.
  10. Capacity to think strategically and innovatively.
  11. Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
  12. Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  13. Verbal and written communication skills
  14. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  15. Problem-solving and decision making
  16. Proactivity and self-direction
  17. Interpersonal skills
