Head Veterinary Surgeon or Veterinary Duo

Regan Veterinary Group at Holly House in Wigan, Greater Manchester, is looking for a dynamic Head Veterinary Surgeon – or an ambitious veterinary duo ready to lead together. This permanent, full-time role offers growth potential for you and your partner.

• Lead over 2 clinics: Holly House Veterinary Surgery in Hindley and Little Lane Veterinary Surgery in Wigan; join a wider team across 6 sites with multiple certificate holders.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team providing surgery, ophthalmology, diagnostic imaging, and medicine; support cases with evidence-based decision-making.
• Develop and bond with a client base; communicate clearly with clients; engage in case work with thorough case workups.
• Collaborate with experienced management and Advanced Practitioners in Ophthalmology and Surgery.
• Participate in quality improvement, open discussions, and a no-blame culture; support emotional wellbeing and mental health resources.

• Experience as Head Veterinary Surgeon or ability to lead as part of a veterinary duo; strong leadership and clinical skills.
• Willingness to work a 4-day week with a 1 in 4 weekend rota; no out-of-hours commitments.
• Interest in practice growth, possible higher salary for Advanced Practitioners; comprehensive benefits package.
