Senior Veterinary Clinician

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon or a dynamic veterinary duo to lead our team. This permanent, full-time role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development.

• Lead two clinics: Holly House Veterinary Surgery in Hindley and Little Lane Veterinary Surgery in Wigan, as part of a wider team across six sites with multiple certificate holders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing surgery, ophthalmology, diagnostic imaging, and medicine, and support cases with evidence-based decision-making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, communicate effectively, and engage in thorough case workups.
• Work closely with experienced management and Advanced Practitioners in Ophthalmology and Surgery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, open discussions, and a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Experience as a Head Veterinary Surgeon or ability to lead as part of a veterinary duo, with strong leadership and clinical skills.
• A willingness to work a 4-day week with a 1 in 4 weekend rota, and no out-of-hours commitments.
• An interest in practice growth and development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
