Qualifications
- High School, Senior High School, or College graduate
- College undergraduates are welcome
No BPO Or Chat Support Experience Required
- Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Good multitasking and problem‑solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to learn new systems and processes
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
- Willing to work shifting schedules
Your Role as a Chat Support Representative

- Live chat and online customer support
- Account, product, and service inquiries
- Customer requests and account updates
- Providing clear and accurate information
- Handling multiple conversations efficiently
- Resolving concerns and providing appropriate solutions
- Documenting customer interactions
- Escalating complex concerns when needed
- Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
