The Performance Marketing Manager will help businesses for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to effectively engage and keep customers. He/She will measure the success of these campaigns to develop brand strategies that reduce lead costs and increase return on investment (ROI).

Key Result Areas:

  1. Relationship Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product and analytics to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships across business for both internal and external key stakeholders.
    • Provides regular and timely updates to Marketing Manager and team members on the progress of tasks including accomplishments and blockers.
  2. Business Performance
    • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn) and Paid Search (Google Search, Display Network), to drive revenue and increase ROI.
    • Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Agency Analytics.
    • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualisation dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
    • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimisation purposes.
    • Work with relevant teams to test strategies and innovation.
    • Deliver quantifiable ROI and cost-per-conversion (CPA) improvements across all channels.
    • Utilize AI Tools and automation sequences to generate and synthesize data and analytics.
    • Analyse, report, and provide insights on the performance of events and partnership initiatives.
  3. Self-Development
    • Keep abreast of industry and professional knowledge, best practices and emerging channels to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Personal skills and competencies kept up to date with professional development.
  4. Health & Safety

Major Challenges:

  • Keeping up to date with the changes in our industry and new releases from the Company.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline or equivalent experiential background.
  • Must have an advertising, marketing or media firm experience managing performance marketing campaigns for global clients.
  • Must have been able to manage ad spends of $2M and above.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of achieving measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and a keen understanding of cost-efficiency strategies.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A passion for staying current on digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and related trends.
  • Interest in getting to know the customer and mapping out their customer journey based on their behavior and demographic to establish effective touchpoints when building the marketing funnel.
