We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging content for campaigns, presentations, and brand marketing. In this role you'll be a Motion Graphic Designer with CGI skills working in our Australia team. You will work on projects that include design and animation for campaigns, presentations, events, logo design and general Brand Marketing needs. The Motion Designer will be responsible for developing inspired concepts, designs, and animation, and will work with the rest of the creative team to oversee each project through to its completion.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and animate motion graphics for a variety of projects, from social content to branded storytelling.
  • Create dynamic visuals using After Effects, Premiere (or Final Cut), and other industry-leading tools.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Take a project from concept to completion; good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations.
  • Use artistic and technical prowess to craft CG images or shots from start to finish.
  • Flex your technical muscles across a wide range of 3D software for modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering.
  • Produce high-quality CG for both photorealistic and non-photoreal (NPR) projects.
  • Set up lighting in complex shaders for efficient and convincing renders.
  • Work closely with our Creative Director to bring creative visions to life.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5+ years of design and animation experience.
  • You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or strong proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer.
  • Expertise in design, animation and CGI across all platforms.
  • A strong portfolio of real-world and experimental projects.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Must have excellent design, typography and layout skills. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Strong expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere (or Final cut) and any other industry leading tools.
  • Expertise in at least three CG techniques: modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, look development, or compositing.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid foundation in photo-realistic, traditional, and digital art.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and always ready to innovate.
  • Keen eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
  • Deep knowledge of 3D workflows, software, and operating systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality visuals with technical expertise.
  • A working knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline.
