Position Overview: Working as a Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers. You are directly accountable for service levels, telephone service factors and quality of calls within a team-driven and fast-paced work environment. The primary role is to exceed customers' expectations with a superior service experience.

Position: Customer Care Specialist (Tier 1)

Position Status: Full Time Permanent – On Site

Hours of Work: Monday – Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm EST (rotating shift hours apply)

Salary: Php 21,000 + 3,000 Non-Taxable Allowance + Night Differential

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, professional and well-informed manner.
  • Identify customer needs using on-screen information and update customer records accordingly.
  • Remain current on program and corporate products and processes.
  • Achieve quality service by assessing and responding to customer needs, following escalation protocol when needed.
  • Fulfill customer expectations in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Accurately complete documentation for each transaction and update call history or notify relevant parties when required.
  • Participate in team huddles/committees and take initiative on learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements with focus on service excellence.
  • Participate in cross-training and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong and developed communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English and professional telephone manner.
  • Analytical and judgment skills for moderately complex situations.
  • Willing to be trained onsite for a month.
  • Flexible and willing to work various shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement change efforts and work well with others.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Amenable to work in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City.
