Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Forex sales professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive sales performance.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitor individual and team progress towards those goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, attract new customers, and increase revenue.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Forex market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base through effective relationship management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact the Forex market and provide relevant updates and recommendations to the team.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Forex sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, currency pairs, trading platforms, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the Forex industry.
