Global Access Management Associate – Strada

The Global Access Management Associate is responsible for system access control and associated compliance across all Strada Global HR products/services (client and internal). The role covers processing account creation requests, terminating accounts, maintaining security through password reset processes, managing user accounts, and handling security-related administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Process account creation requests in line with Standard Operating Procedures and contracted Service Level Agreements.
  • Terminate accounts according to corporate SLAs.
  • Maintain security of corporate systems through a stringent password reset process.
  • Manage user accounts following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work independently on security, authorization, and user administration-related requests.
  • Oversee customer communications for Access-related issues.
  • Identify access-related security issues and escalate as required.
  • Assist with access management administrative tasks (e.g., reporting).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes, organizational structures, and business functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL Service Management training and/or certification is recommended.
  • Security training and/or certification or equivalent experience is required.
  • Ability to think creatively for service improvements.
  • Attention to detail and time/deadline orientation.
  • Ability to follow processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Knowledge of SAP security/authorization (ADM940) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Service-Now is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.

  • Team player in an international environment.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology supports IT services.
  • Ability to be thorough and adapt to change; proactive and independent work style.
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
