As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the production director.

You must have an expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule. Ultimately, a top-notch video editor can perfectly translate a director's idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Complete all the different short video types and complete the video production based on the requirement.
  2. Meet with the marketing/Video Editor Lead to determine production vision.
  3. Review raw material to determine the shortlist which will be posted on the TikTok platform.
  4. Manipulate film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
  5. Maintain continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
  6. Trim footage and put together the rough project.
  7. Insert script, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
  8. Ensure the project follows a logical sequence.
  9. Consult with the director and production team throughout the project.
Content Creation:
  1. Develop creative and compelling video content for the TikTok platform that aligns with the brand and product offerings.
  2. Showcase products in a visually appealing manner, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  3. Utilize TikTok trends, challenges, and popular music to enhance the content's appeal.
Scripting and Storyboarding:
  1. Create engaging and concise scripts for TikTok videos that effectively convey the brand message.
  2. Develop storyboards to plan the visual elements and flow of each video, ensuring a coherent and entertaining narrative.
Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing and branding strategies.
  2. Collaborate with influencers or other content creators to expand the reach and impact of TikTok campaigns.
