The HR Service Delivery Associate - PAYROLL position involves managing small to large HR projects.
This position requires significant attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with geographically
separated teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist and perform end-to-end global mobility activities and lead
    projects in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and
    methodologies.
  2. Monthly Time Keeping Data validation and preparation of payroll (Semi Monthly & Monthly) depending on client payroll
    schedule.
  3. Manage and process monthly government statutory payment.
  4. Monitors and collects necessary data from employees to be
    compliant with benefits processing and filing with government
    agencies wherever applicable.
  5. Contribute as subject matter expert by applying technical expertise
    in processing all taxation requirements, shadow payroll, global tax
    return authorization list, income information for year-end
    reporting, mobility processing, and relevant reporting.
  6. Work with tax vendors to track social security certificates of
    coverage and to ensure shadow payroll is processed on a timely
    basis.
  7. Initiate and manage key mobility coordination, documentation, and
    updates with BIPO PH's accredited partners, internal customers,
    and stakeholders.
  8. Support in the preparation of multiple reports and provide complex
    analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  9. Assist and communicate critical statutory and compensation
    related requirements and coordination with relevant payroll
    teams.
  10. Assist and process all tax requirements such as shadow payroll,
    global tax return authorization list, compensation collection for tax
    returns, and income information for year-end reporting.
  11. Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in
    investigating and resolve complex issues and keep the Team
    Lead/Manager updated for open or ongoing concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate of any HR courses, Accounting or any equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years experience is required.
  3. Knowledgeable in HR Payroll Process.
  4. Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills with a solution-focused
    mindset.
  5. Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Conversational in English for both written and oral.
  8. Willing to report to the office at The Mega Tower, Mandaluyong City.
  9. Hybrid work set-up.
