About the Role:

EnfraUSA, a Philippine-based BPO serving U.S. clients, and LiChi Electric, Inc., a growing electric vehicle distributor and dealership, are hiring Accountants (Senior and Junior) to support our expanding operations.

You will work across both companies, with exposure to local dealership accounting (installments, sales, BIR compliance) and BPO finance processes (U.S. client billing, reporting, and support). All payroll and operational expenses are Philippine-based, and the only U.S. aspect involves client payments and billing.

Available Roles:

Senior Accountant

  • Handle full accounting cycle for both companies

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and oversee tax compliance

  • Track vehicle sales, installment payments, and revenue recognition

  • Manage client billing and reporting for U.S.-based accounts

  • Supervise junior staff and help improve finance processes

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks across finance and admin teams

Junior Accountant

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting entries

  • Support documentation, invoicing, and reconciliation

  • Help manage installment schedules and payment follow-ups

  • Assist in preparing BIR filings and monthly reports

  • Provide assistance on various ad hoc and cross-functional tasks

Qualifications:

For Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA preferred)

  • At least 4 years relevant experience in general accounting

  • Background in retail, dealership, or BPO is a plus

  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP or billing practices preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and leadership potential

For Junior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course

  • 1–2 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support

  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)

  • Willing to learn and support multiple business units

Work Location:

Office-based in Ortigas
