Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven leader who will serve as the direct liaison between the CEO and employees, ensuring accountability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You maintain high standards, proactively track progress, and ensure that assigned tasks are executed effectively.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, hands-on with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Excel and data analytics is a must, along with the ability to implement automation and AI-driven solutions together with he IT/management team to improve operational efficiency.

Over time, this role will evolve into a Local Office Manager position, overseeing team coordination, business growth, and strategic implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the CEO's Representative

  • Ensure all tasks and initiatives assigned by the CEO are completed on time and meet expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and employees, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Monitor and Improve Operations

  • Track team performance, reports, and key deliverables to maintain high operational standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, ensuring they are addressed proactively.
  • Continuously develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze reports, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed business decisions.
  • Use Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas) to improve data tracking and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, meaningful, and actionable.
  • Lead discussions on insights and define necessary actions based on data.

Team Leadership and Accountability

  • Hold regular team meetings with direct reports to ensure clarity, alignment, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability by ensuring employees complete tasks on time and uphold quality standards.
  • Follow up on employee deadlines, reports, and overall work performance.
  • Encourage a proactive mindset, ownership, and problem-solving among team members.

Strategic Growth and Future Management

  • Transition into the role of Local Office Manager, overseeing office operations and team coordination.
  • Ensure that the office functions efficiently and aligns with the company's growth strategy.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies, including AI, to improve workflows and decision-making processes.

Key Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data analytics with the ability to work with datasets, analyze trends, and generate insights.
  • Hands-on, "let's get it done" mindset – able to execute quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with fast execution – we move quickly but precisely.
  • Strong leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with the ability to push for results and maintain accountability.
  • Process-oriented mindset, capable of structuring and optimizing workflows effectively.
  • Interest in automation & AI integration to enhance efficiency and find better ways of doing things.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, capable of working effectively with teams and leadership.
  • Tech-savvy mindset – familiarity with business tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions is a plus.

Salary Structure

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Bonus
  • A portion of the salary will be based on results, contributions, and overall impact.
  • Performance will be measured by task completion, operational efficiency, and process improvements.
