Overview

We're looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in backend development and exposure to front-end technologies like ReactJS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building scalable applications, and has a strong understanding of cloud and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with MongoDB (NoSQL)
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
  • Operate as an individual contributor, owning end-to-end feature development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and delivery
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and assist in DevOps-related tasks
Must-Have Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend system design
  • Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ReactJS
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of PRR/ORR and application deployment processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience leading small projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus
