Job Posting: Sales Training and Recruitment Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Onsite, M-F, 8 am to 5 pm

The Sales Training and Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for sales positions and designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs to ensure our sales team reaches their full potential. This role requires a proven track record of sales leadership, recruitment expertise, and training program development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for real estate sales agents, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain a positive, high-energy training environment to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve the curriculum based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on real estate industry trends and sales techniques to integrate into training programs.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales agents to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with management to align recruitment and training efforts with the company's sales goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment and training metrics to assess success and areas for development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and training high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • With experience of sourcing candidates/applicants.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
