Job Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Manual Testing
- At least 5+ years in a Test Manager role
- Strong background in manual testing, web testing, and performance testing.
- Proven experience leading and managing a test team members
Job Description:
- Comply with the ITG Quality Framework established by TCOE
- Ensure Test Process are followed according to the SDLC and TCOE Test Process
- Collaborates with Project Managers, ITSD Unit Heads, Development Leads across Unit/Project team to ensure quality delivery and gather resource demands
- Provide guidance on Test Leads, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process 5. Gather and report Test Status and represent the Test Team in meetings within and across the Units
- Identify Risks and Mitigation plan.
- Prioritize testing activities to ensure delivery of commitments
- Gather resource requirements for upcoming projects and enhancements of the Unit
- Plan, control and implement testing processes
- Define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities
- Manage schedule, budget and overall test efforts.
- Provide requirements or demand the need to automate manual testing to the Test Automation Architect.
- Ensure team adherence to quality metrics and targets defined by the Test Administration team and actively drive performance towards meeting TCOE standards through coaching, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Identify skills requirement of the team, identify training needs.
- Ensure resource alignment with project needs, skill requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with both internal and external test resources.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity during resource transitions.
- Drive innovation in testing practices, applying best practices and lessons learned.
