Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Company Nurse to manage our workplace health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in clinic management and a strong understanding of Office Safety and Health programs. Experience in a shared office environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workplace health clinic.
  2. Implement and manage Office Safety and Health programs to promote employee wellness.
  3. Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and guidelines.
  4. Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
  5. Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate health records and prepare compliance reports for management.
  7. Collaborate with HR and management to develop health and wellness initiatives.
  8. Educate employees on health and safety practices and procedures.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for employee health inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  2. 1-2 years of experience as a company nurse.
  3. Proven experience in clinic management; experience in a shared office setting is an advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of Office Safety and Health programs and DOLE OHS compliance.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
