Job Purpose: Responsible for managing customers' master data, providing data and report support to the Group's Frontline, Back Office, and Executive requirements. Develop reports, troubleshoot data issues, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and harmonization of reports and data across DUs. Understand business requirements, pay close attention to detail, analyze and troubleshoot error correction requests, and have a deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases. Assist in managing the implementation of changes across all AP DUs, ensuring a single version is deployed.

Job Responsibilities

Process Improvement
  • Analyze requirements for data extractions, operational, and management reports to support Bill-To-Cash business process improvements.
  • Create functional data models supplementing the business process.
  • Map data based on business processes.
Quality Control and Validation (Process, Data, and Systems)
  • Test data and reports after IT extraction and within Bill-to-Cash systems.
  • Provide quality control for extracted data.
  • Identify data sets.
  • Facilitate change requests, especially for data extraction and reports.
  • Provide functional expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Functional Support
  • Troubleshoot issues/errors within data and reports.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Understand the process flow of Bill-To-Cash processes and changes to procedures.
  • Analyze errors/issues, troubleshoot, and implement fixes in the application system.
  • Achieve functional mastery of Bill-to-Cash applications, especially reporting tools.
  • Attend regular meetings with Bill-To-Cash operating units, engineering, and AP-DUs on change management, coordination, and harmonization.
SME Training
  • Train trainers and SMEs on new reports and dashboards.
Administrative
  • Align personal goals and development plans with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on processes and systems; recommend plans and programs.
  • Monitor and recommend requirements for materials and equipment necessary for role execution.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as requests for payments, purchase orders, and liquidations.
Others
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and other policies.
  • Perform tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention as assigned by the Team Leader.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year Business, Engineering, or IT-related course.
