Your Role
As our Broker Support superstar, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver outstanding results for our clients. You'll be the engine behind the scenes—supporting the broker in managing loan applications, gathering client information, liaising with lenders, and ensuring smooth and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and submit loan applications using CRM software (training provided)
  2. Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties for required documents and updates
  3. Follow up on outstanding requirements and manage timelines
  4. Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
  5. Prepare serviceability assessments and lender comparisons
  6. Support compliance processes and post-settlement follow-ups

Skills & Experience

No prior experience required All training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Commerce/Business, Accounting, IT, Finance, Engineering, or any other STEM course from a top university
  2. Is highly meticulous with a strong attention to detail
  3. Can analyze and solve complex problems in a logical and systematic way
  4. Is a self-learner who can quickly adapt in a fast-changing environment
  5. Has a positive, can-do attitude and is open to feedback and improvement
  6. Has strong reading comprehension to accurately interpret detailed policies and manuals
  7. Communicates clearly and professionally in written and spoken English
  8. Has a typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
