Position Title: Enablement And Support Officer
Job Summary: The Enablement and Support Officer performs core business systems support functions, backs up for urgent business systems functions, continuously improves processes for his/her areas of responsibility, and ensures regulatory and bank policy compliance of frameworks designed and implemented for the Digital Banking Division. The Enablement and Support Officer also supports the Business Systems Head in setting and sustaining employee engagement.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Core business systems function
- Perform assigned business systems functions, prepare and monitor procurement requests, covering both Opex and Capex requests
- Prepare and monitor budget drawdown requests, covering both Opex and Capex requests
- Manage assets assigned to the Division, including monitoring of accountabilities
- Prepare and monitor document transmittal requests
- Perform partnership assessments and apply for accreditation of selected business systems vendors/partners
- Perform onboarding/off-boarding/people support functions within the division
- Engage with relevant bank partners for these core business systems functions, such as but not limited to GSG, HRMG, ITG
b. Business systems functions back-up
- Perform back-up functions for business systems support processes for people and governance, including monitoring of people function requirements and training requests
c. Business operations process development and enhancement
- Design, review, and improve policies, processes, templates, and tools on business operations
- Align business operations with relevant regulations and bank policies, raising changes through appropriate channels
- Design and conduct training on business operations processes for division team members
- Learn and practice the Bank's mission, vision, and the division's values
- Understand the division's core design and delivery processes
d. Business operations regulatory and bank policy compliance
- Engage with internal partners on policies, processes, and requirements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations and policies, including budget, risk management, procurement, partner accreditation, and audit
- Escalate compliance risks and issues early
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Educational background
- Any business degree, preferably with an accounting background
Technical skills
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business management or processes, including budget, resource, asset management, vendor accreditation/management, and business continuity
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to create documentation such as stakeholder communications, process materials, business communications, minutes of meetings
- Experience with compliance, audit, or regulatory processes
- Process improvement experience as a designer or implementor
