Your Role:

As an Architectural Designer /Building Designer (Intermediate), you will:

  1. Preparing detailed architectural plans, including elevations, sections, site layouts, 3D views and schedules for houses, pools, duplexes, and secondary dwellings.
  2. Revising and updating plans in accordance with client and Director feedback, specifications, and email correspondence.
  3. Developing floor plans and façade designs from initial concepts.
  4. Producing high-quality, precise drawings to professional standards.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  1. A minimum of two years' experience with drafting software, such as Revit and Enscape, is required.
  2. Prior experience working as an architectural drafter is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Demonstrated experience in designing small to medium-sized residential projects.
  2. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  3. Consistently producing high-quality plans with precision and efficiency.
  4. Demonstrates the confidence to ask necessary questions to ensure continuous progress on tasks.
