Job Summary:

This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to the organization's talent acquisition strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals.
  2. Candidate Screening and Selection: Review applications, resumes, and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications; Administer relevant assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  4. Onboarding and Documentation: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other required documentation; Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
