About the role
AQUADYSINC' is seeking an experienced Administration and Accounting Officer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense reporting
Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities, such as reconciliations and financial reporting
Handling administrative tasks, including correspondence, document management, and office supply ordering
Providing support to the management team with various projects and initiatives
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably within the accounting/finance industry
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other productivity tools
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
