Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team is growing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and customizing BCPs for clients based on climate risk exposure.
  • Conduct research and risk assessments on climate-related threats (e.g., typhoons, floods, heatwaves, wildfires) and their business impacts.
  • Support scenario planning, simulations, and testing of BCP strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and emerging trends in climate resilience and business continuity.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Risk Management principles.
  • Familiarity with climate risk assessment and adaptation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, especially in presenting findings to clients.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BCP frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NFPA 1600) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of climate risk modeling or GIS mapping is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
