WE'RE HIRING FOR A HEAD AUTOMATION ENGINEER PH AT MANILA Excis is a global IT support leader driven by innovation and collaboration. We're looking for a Head Automation Engineer to serve in a crucial frontline role, coordinating the successful delivery of IT field services to our internal IT team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, architect solutions, and ensure that automations run reliably at scale.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative business automation solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in n8n, AI-driven process automation, and AI agent integration.

What You'll Do
  • Design & Development: Create and implement business automations using n8n, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI models and agents for intelligent decision-making, data enrichment, and process optimization.
  • Workflow Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows across systems, APIs, and business tools.
What You Need
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in implementing business process automations with proven expertise in n8n, including workflow design, custom nodes, integrations, and error handling.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI and AI agents into business processes, leveraging strong Python programming skills for automation scripting and AI integration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for custom workflow development along with strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data transformation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of automation best practices such as error handling, logging, scalability, and experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring reliable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions.
