Job description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience in all HR facets but not required.
- In-charge of end-to-end Recruitment of Head office and stores.
- Sourcing of qualified applicants according to positions available.
- Conducts the initial interview with qualified applicants.
- Coordinates with the immediate head of the departments and Managers of the assigned branches.
- Monitor job vacancies of the assigned branches.
- Conducts background investigation.
- Checks pre-employment requirements of on-boarding applicants.
- Orients/conducts orientation of the newly-hired employees.
- 201 filing.
- Monitors expiration of Probationary contracts and change of employment status of personnel.
- Assists/organize company events.
- Performs other relevant administrative/HR facets and responsibilities assigned by HR Manager.
- Must be willing to work Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm.
- Amenable to work at Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
