Responsibilities:
- Ensures knowledge and updates on all HR processes, systems, tools, and services in the region/worldwide.
- Analyzes and responds to phone/online inquiries from employees and managers related to HR programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
- Develops, creates, updates, and improves process documentation.
- Tracks and maintains records of issues, customers, and resolution status using available Call Center tools.
- Processes various employee self-service and manager self-service transactions within the agreed SLA.
- Performs accurate and timely input of data into Workday and additional HR systems.
- Completes end-to-end processes for various contact center transactions.
- Oversees HR Kiosk, issuance of COE, checks, forms, and responding to questions.
- Collects, validates, routes, tracks, and logs submitted documents for transaction processing.
- Maintains good understanding of the HR Service Center business model and personnel expertise.
- Generates weekly reports of team's performance scorecard.
- Updates contents in HR Services portal in The Circuit and HR Knowledgebase.
- Conducts training for possible back-ups.
- Tracks and reports/presents individual KPIs to the team.
- Identifies recurring inquiry themes and contributes to the ongoing development of the ADI FAQ's library.
- Utilizes Call Center technology to track and manage inquiries for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Documents problem solving/RCA and monitors closure of agreed action items.
- May drive/initiate small individual or team projects.
- May serve as back-up for functional specialists.
- Participates in various team activities, projects, and/or work streams.
- Promotes and adheres to Company's commitment on corporate social responsibility.
- Facilitates New Hire Orientation on HR Shared Services Operations to newly hired employees.
- Will work in night shift.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
