Responsibilities
  • Promote and create demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.
  • Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
  • Spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs).
  • Develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs.
  • Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products.
  • Monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit operational/admin reports.
  • Perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
  • Consistently upholds organizational values and complies with all company policies.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4- or 5-year college program.
  • With at least 2 years' experience as PHR.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • With valid Med Rep PRC.
  • With valid driver's license.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned in Marikina and Rizal Uptowns.
