About the Role:

Peak Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Manager to oversee our lead generation efforts in Makati. In this role, you will manage a team of Lead Generators and Research Analysts, working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target prospects and drive the development of quarterly sales plans that align with overall business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in refining lead generation strategies and ensuring the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Lead Generators and Research Analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve lead generation targets.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and prioritize target prospects, developing a strategic roadmap for outreach.

  • Create and implement quarterly sales plans that align with business goals, optimizing lead generation tactics and refining processes as needed.

  • Oversee the utilization of sales tools like HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize lead generation efficiency.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance the team's skills and effectiveness in prospecting and lead management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales role within the BPO industry, with a track record of successful team leadership.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with broader business goals.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales data tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in sales strategy development, with a focus on lead generation.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
