Theoria Medical is a comprehensive medical group and technology company dedicated to serving patients across the care continuum with an emphasis on post-acute care and primary care. Theoria serves facilities across the United States with a multitude of services to improve the quality of care delivered, refine facility processes, and enhance critical relationships. We offer a broad scope of services including multispecialty physician services, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and more. We currently operate primary care clinics and provide medical services to skilled nursing facilities in numerous states across the nation.

Theoria's Recruitment Department is seeking a highly motivated healthcare recruiting professional to join the team as a Corporate Recruiter. Theoria's recruitment department is fast-paced and has a critical role in Theoria's operations; as a result, we are looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to facilitate Theoria's recruitment efforts and effectively staff tough-to-fill roles.

Shift Structure

  • Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Night Shift PHT)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Contacting applicants for preliminary screening via phone, email, and other methods
  • Scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating schedules with hiring managers
  • Coordinating overall corporate recruiting efforts and staffing needs

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of solid experience in hiring for executive roles (Directors, VPs, and C-suite levels)
  • Experience in hiring for Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians in the US is preferred but not required
  • Remote recruitment experience with a good background in interviewing and onboarding candidates
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Can start asap (between tomorrow and Monday next week)
  • Strong computer skills including experience with G Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems

Physical Requirements

  • Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
  • Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
